Admission Process
AMMS admits students from crèche to JSS form 2 (Grade 8) only. Admissions to JSS 3 (grade 9) are not allowed for the fact that it’s an examination preparatory class and that the school expects students to have nearly completed the Basic Certificate Exam syllabus by that time. On the contrary, admissions may only be granted on exceptional grounds where the family is moving location, and in that instance, a thorough assessment together with a Student Educational Plan will be made to guide the student to be in parallel with their peers.
To apply, please take the following steps:
Purchase a form at the school’s office.
Fill out the form with information about the student and his or her family, and return it along with the following documents:
a. Two photographs of the child
b. A photocopy of a valid birth certificate
c. A photocopy of the child’s immunization card (if in pre-school)
Once the application form is received by the school, it will undergo a review by the admission team.
Students will then be invited to take an assessment to determine grade level placement and an educational plan to be drawn up.
Upon finalizing the admission process, parents will be given 7 days to complete the payment of school fees, beyond which they may lose the vacancy due to the "first come, first served" policy.
